Return Policy – PlanPlusInvest Rings

At PlanPlusInvest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your ring, our return policy allows you to return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
• All packaging, tags, and receipts must be included.
• Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@planplusinvest.click with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was incorrectly shipped.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a full refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us as soon as possible. We will guide you through the exchange process.
